Returns will be accepted for damaged items, when proof of damage from shipping is forwarded and it is not of the fault of either party. We strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase and when requested send photos of your purchase before shipping out.

Custom orders - We generally do not take returns on custom items as they are made to specific clients specs. But we do involve the client with the process to ensure they are getting exactly what they have requested. Photos are sent for final approval before anything is shipped. Everything is done to ensure the clients completely satisfied before they receive the item.
